The breakfast was fresh and above average, with amazing food choice. The rooms were beautifully decorated with balloons, large comfortable bed and TVs, no complaints whatsoever. The hotel was in a perfect location so close to train station and bus stop, bars, pubs and other entertainment and the theatre. The staff was top-class, so I would stay here again.

The staff was really good, and requests were handled quickly. As for me, rooms were big and updated with the jacuzzi bath which was an amazing touch, they offered wake-up service.

The room I booked was beautifully decorated with very good amenities, the jacuzzi bath and twin beds. Handy central location next to local restaurants and directions, two tram stops and Haymarket railway station and Edinburgh Haymarket Tram stop and Train station. I had a really really nice time at this hotel and would stay here again.

The location in a very very nice area was reasonably priced and there were the main shopping centre and shopping malls nearby. Edinburgh airport was hardly 20 minutes away by car. Its staff was responsive and exceptionally helpful. The rooms of our place were a nice size with a bath.
